  1. About the Store

    s7rStore is a Saudi e-commerce store specialized in gaming monitors, smart TVs, electronic devices, and computer software solutions. All orders are processed online and shipped across all regions of the Kingdom.

  2. Orders and Payment

    • An order is considered confirmed after successful payment through the available methods in the store (Mada, Apple Pay, credit cards, etc.).

    • The customer must provide accurate and correct information (name, mobile number, detailed address).

    • We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order in the event of a technical pricing error or suspected irregular transaction, with a full refund issued to the customer.

  3. Shipping and Delivery

    • Order processing time: Within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation.

    • Shipping time within Saudi Arabia: 2 to 4 business days for major cities, and up to 7 business days maximum for others.

    • Shipping cost: 25 SAR, and is free for orders exceeding the specified value (per active offers).

  4. Exchange and Return

    • Exchanges and returns are subject to the store's approved policy within 4 days of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging (especially devices and monitors).

    • The store bears the return shipping cost only in the case of a manufacturing defect; in case of a change of mind, the customer bears the full cost.

  5. Products and Prices

    • All displayed prices include Value Added Tax (VAT 15%).

    • The approved and binding price is the one shown at the time of checkout and order completion.

    • Color shades may vary slightly depending on the user's device screen settings.

  6. Intellectual Property

    • All images, designs, texts, and trademarks belonging to s7rStore are the exclusive property of the store and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    • We make every effort to deliver orders within the specified times, but we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or force majeure circumstances beyond our control.

  8. Amendments

    • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes your implicit agreement to the updated version.
