  1. Timeframe

    You have the right to request an exchange or return within 4 days from the date of receipt.

  2. Acceptance Conditions

    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its complete packaging (especially gaming monitors and electronics).

    • Provide the order number or proof of purchase.

    • For manufacturing defects: Attach a clear picture or video showing the issue.

    • Discounted products: Accepted only if they have a manufacturing defect.

  3. Non-Returnable Products

    • Any monitor or electronic product whose original packaging has been unsealed or used outside of its original condition (unless there is a manufacturing defect).

    • Devices that have suffered misuse or damage after receipt.

  4. Shipping

    • Order shipping fee: 25 SAR (Free shipping for eligible large orders).

    • s7rStore covers the return and exchange shipping costs only in the case of a manufacturing defect.

    • In case of a change of mind: The customer bears the shipping cost entirely.

  5. Refunds

    • The product is inspected within 2–5 business days after it arrives at our warehouse.

    • The amount is refunded to the same payment method within 3–14 business days, depending on your bank's procedures.

    • There are no restocking fees.
